Heighington Law Firm (“HLF”) is a small securities and corporate law boutique which represents a diverse group of publicly traded companies throughout the country. HLF has a core client base of companies operating in oil and gas, mining, exploration and industrial sectors. The firm acts for numerous public companies primarily listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) and TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) and is extensively involved in the area of public corporate law and securities law.
